Plan Your Entry
Bake off entries must be shelf stable - they should not require refrigeration or heating. They should be easy to eat without requiring plates or cutlery. They could be cookies, bars, brownies, candies, toffees, brittles, macarons or other pastries ... so many possibilities!
Bake off entries must include:
-
A judges' plate with 3 portions of your baked good.
-
A minimum of 24 individually wrapped portions of your baked good. The PTO will sell the individually packaged treats during the Holiday Bazaar, with all proceeds going to the PTO to support Farallone View students. (The PTO will gratefully accept more than 24 portions of your treats!)
-
A printed list of ingredients for your treats to help attendees with dietary restrictions safely select their treats.
Judging will be anonymous, with numbers assigned to each entry. Please do not write your name or other identifying information on your judges plate or individual treats.
Can't choose between recipes? No worries! Contestants may submit as many entries as they would like, so feel free to bring multiple great dishes to the bake off!
