It is with a heavy heart the PTO board has decided to cancel this year‘s live auction, due to rising concerns and guidance from CUSD and San Mateo County Public Health about large group settings. This is an incredibly difficult decision as this wonderful event is not only a great time for parents and staff but it raises about a third of our PTO budget, roughly $30k.

The Friends of Farallone View Parent Teacher Organization (FOFPTO) will be hosting our 24th annual auction on Saturday, March 14, 2020. FOFPTO is a 100% volunteer based 501 (c)(3) nonprofit that is dedicated to supporting a high quality education for all of the students at Farallone View Elementary School. The money we raise at the auction is used to fund programs at Farallone View that are not provided for by federal, state, or local school district budgets. These programs include Science, Physical Education, Music, the HEAL Garden, Art, and other Enrichment Programs.
Due to the consistent generosity and support from businesses like yours, our annual auction raises over $30,000; about 30% of the FOFPTO’s operating budget!
We are currently seeking donations of tickets, products, gift certificates and the like for auction at our event. To make a donation, simply complete the below donation form by February 1, 2020.
Following the event, all donors will be provided with the necessary documentation for tax deduction purposes. If you are unable to make an item donation, please consider becoming a business sponsor for this event instead.
